Parish Council

About the Parish Council

Blyth Parish Council meets on the second Monday of the month at the Barnby Memorial Hall, High Street, Blyth. Members of the public are invited to attend to observe during any meeting, with the opportunity to speak normally given before the meeting starts, or at a break in the meeting if agreed by the Councillors. Members of the public are not allowed to speak once the Parish Council meeting has started. It is helpful if the Parish Clerk is aware of any issues to be raised beforehand so that Councillors are fully briefed about the situation, and he is able to carry out any necessary research.
